* Magnus Mole predates all the other characters in this strip by about fifteen years, having previously featured in his own cartoon which I drew on and off during the '90s. The character introduced here, rather than being an actual mole, is intended as a person who's transformed himself into a mole, which I felt was more in keeping with the overall concept of Ol and Sal.
